In 2023, we refined our marketing strategy and direction, placing a strong focus on Great Barr while continuing to successfully serve our core areas, including Erdington and surrounding neighbourhoods. This evolution has allowed us to strengthen our position in the market and better support our clients with a more targeted and effective approach.

With these milestones in mind, we’ve made the decision to move forward under the name JMS Estate Agents. This reflects our renewed focus solely on residential sales and our commitment to offering a sharper, more dedicated service—while remaining the same people you know and trust. As always, we have been registered as JMS Estate Agents, so this represents a natural progression rather than a change in ownership, leadership, or team.
